1. Introduction

Dynamimix (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates dynamimix.com (the “Site”), where we offer:

• Design and development services (“Services”), and
• Digital templates for sale, including our Squarespace templates (“Templates”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, Service inquiries, and Template purchasers worldwide.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Contact form (“Got a question?”): Full name, email address, inquiry category (selected from a dropdown), and any message you provide, which may include a link to your current website if you choose to share one.
• Template Support form (“Need help with your template?”): Full name, email address, the template you purchased, and any message you provide.
• Checkout (Template purchase): Full name, email address, billing address, and payment details, collected and processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record and payment processor.
• Post-purchase delivery: The Squarespace account email you provide at checkout is used to send you a contributor invite so your Template can be set up on a new Squarespace site.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics — used to understand site traffic and usage patterns. Collects pages visited, time on site, approximate location, and device/browser type and referral source.
• Jetpack — used for site security, performance, and statistics. Collects information similar to the above, and may include basic security-related data.
• Google reCAPTCHA — used to prevent spam and automated abuse on our forms. Collects interaction data used by Google to distinguish humans from bots, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
• Rank Math SEO — used for technical SEO configuration. Does not itself collect visitor personal data.
• CookieYes — used for cookie consent management. Records your cookie consent choices.
• OneTap Accessibility Widget — provides on-page accessibility tools such as text size, contrast, and readable fonts. Per the vendor, it does not collect or transmit personal data; any accessibility preferences you select are stored locally in your browser only.
• Polar.sh — used for payment processing, acting as our Merchant of Record, and handling tax calculation and remittance. Collects checkout and transaction data as described in Section 2.1.

2.3 Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics, Jetpack), and cookie consent tracking (CookieYes). A cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact or Template Support forms
• Process Template purchases and deliver your purchased Template, including sending Squarespace contributor invites
• Provide the 60 days of email support included with each Template purchase
• Provide quotes, proposals, and ongoing communication for Service inquiries
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase or inquiry
• Send marketing emails, but only if you separately opt in (see Section 6)
• Monitor and improve site performance, security, and user experience
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We don’t sell your personal information.

4. Who We Share Information With

• Polar.sh: Acts as our Merchant of Record and payment processor for Template purchases. Polar.sh becomes the seller of record for these transactions and handles payment processing, tax calculation, collection, and remittance across the jurisdictions it supports. Polar’s own privacy practices govern how it handles your checkout data; we encourage you to review Polar’s privacy policy directly.
• Squarespace: Your checkout email is used to send you a contributor invite so your purchased Template can be set up as a new Squarespace site in your name.
• Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA): As described in Section 2.2.
• Jetpack (Automattic): As described in Section 2.2.
• CookieYes: As described in Section 2.2 and 2.3.
• Flodesk: If you opt in to marketing emails, your name and email are stored in Flodesk to send you updates.
• Legal or regulatory authorities: If required by law.

We don’t share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. International Visitors and Sales

Dynamimix sells Templates to customers worldwide. Because Polar.sh acts as our Merchant of Record, Polar handles applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST calculation, collection, and remittance on Template purchases across the jurisdictions it supports, rather than Dynamimix registering and collecting this directly.

If you’re located in the EU, UK, or elsewhere and interact with our Site, whether purchasing a Template or submitting an inquiry, the protections described in this policy apply to you, including the rights described in Section 7.

6. Marketing Communications

We don’t add you to any marketing email list automatically because you submitted a form or completed a purchase. If we introduce an opt-in marketing list via Flodesk, you’ll be asked to affirmatively opt in, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You can withdraw consent at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or financial recordkeeping requirements
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

8. Data Retention

Transaction records are retained as required for our own tax and accounting obligations. Contact and Support form submissions are retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, and periodically reviewed for deletion thereafter. Analytics data is retained per each tool’s own default retention settings.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we collect, including relying on reputable third-party providers (Polar.sh, Squarespace, Google) who maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected prominently on this page.
