Refund Policy

This policy covers Template purchases. If you’re looking for refund or cancellation terms for a Services project, see the Services section below, or check your project proposal or agreement directly.

Templates

All Template sales are final. Because Templates are digital products delivered instantly and can be used right away, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once your site has been prepared.

The one exception: if something goes wrong on our end during setup or delivery — for example, your site isn’t delivered within the promised window, or arrives broken or incomplete — we’ll make it right.

Payment processor refund authority

Template purchases are processed through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh may, at its own discretion and independent of this policy, issue a refund in limited circumstances, including to reduce dispute or chargeback risk. Buyers in certain jurisdictions may also be entitled to a legally mandated cooling-off or cancellation period for digital purchases, which can likewise apply independent of the policy stated above. Where either applies, it takes precedence over the no-refund policy stated here for that transaction.

Services

Refund and cancellation terms for custom design and development Services are addressed individually in each project’s proposal or agreement, and aren’t covered by this policy.
